On ordering we have received a defective piece, dents on the cap and most importantly the hot water was losing temperature very fast and outer body was getting hitted as soon as we were pouring hot water into the flask. Returned and reordered for same fresh product, but this time as well, we faced same issues, outer body getting hitted and hot water losing temperature within 2 hours and by hot water I meant pretty hot. Offlet, the products that I buy through Amazon, first time they give you defective piece deliberately, as if they have given it you by mistake and if you do not check and return, you have no other option but to digest a bad purchase. Probably very few raise it to consumer forum, in our life we are very busy maintaining our work life balance and in your leisure time you would hardly have the energy to fight it through Amazon> Company> Consumer forum et cetera et cetera and some of them try to take the advantage out of this situation. I would urge Amazon to ensure that the quality check should be in place & should be done in true letter & spirit. After all - its customer satisfaction & convenience > customer delight which are prime pillars of a success of a company. This is an honest feedback for betterment of customer service and satisfaction and in support of Amazon, hope this will not go unheard.Thanking you,SDG

This flask doesn't keep the tea hot even for an hour. Worst product. Probably fake EAGLE FLASK. Return window closed, so I have to throw it in the dustbin, unless AMAZON intervenes and asks the seller to take it back and refund my money.

We purchased the flask during May 23.It was guaranteed to keep temperature fir 5 years. But it is not maintaining the temperature even for one hour. We are unsatisfied with the product.

Water is not pouring out from the red opening from where it is suppose to come. I hav to open full cap .

It's a very nice product.
