Slip bag is useful for dodging and shadow boxing only.
It’s quite durable and I’ve been having it for a half a month now and it’s very useful for shadow boxing. Many people who never used this slip bag must know and understand that this slip bag isn’t used to hit the slip bag. It’s used to slip the bag by using your dodging skills and shadow boxing at the same time. So on the other hand, I love this product and will be using it for the rest of my life!

Got a double end bag at the same time, that’s been a problem but this bag has been great, feels very high quality, also looks good. The rope for it is probably not gonna last the years but this bag probably will.
