24,000 Mini Fuse Beads Kit - Tiny 2.6mm, 48 Colors, 5 Pegboards, Pixel Art

Oof these beads are tiny. The tweezers were weird, idk if I got a janky pair, or they’re meant to be that way, but the end was kind of deformed and I couldn’t pick up any beads with it. I already had some super pointy tweezers on hand for picking up crystals so I used those. This kit has a great variety of colors, and even extra baggies of black and white beads. It came with several peg boards, tweezers, and clear plastic ironing sheets. I never did perler/fuse beads as a kid, so this was a fun new craft for me. The mini beads are so small, but it’s a fun craft if you like precise, fiddly, time consuming activities. You need a certain amount of manual dexterity for this, but otherwise it’s just an easy repetitive activity. I made some shoe clips, each one took me about thirty minutes, and I’ll need more black beads for sure. I used a mini travel iron to melt my beads. FYI I tried loctite gel super glue to adhere my metal shoe clips to the plastic and it was an utter fail, but the e6000 did work, we’ll see how well it holds up once the glue has cured a bit more.

Love it! Accidentally bought the minis instead of the regular size but that was a blessing in disguise as it had the exact dark green I needed to make my projects! So the variety is awesome. The board warps slightly when ironing but it’s still very usable afterwards. All my projects came out beautifully and they definitely are made to last. I really hope the seller makes it available to purchase one color of beads as I’m running out of black, white and dark green! Awesome product though, it’s truly helped put my hopes and dreams into reality, don’t think twice and buy it! Not only is it fun to do, but it’s awesome for concentration since the beads are so small and intricate. That said, definitely don’t buy the mini beads for kids😂 they might eat them.

These keep my kids off all ages entertained for a long time. Good quality and love having the colors sorted.

If your kid likes fuse beads or doing crafty things they will love this. I think it’s a good price for what you get. My son has other brands of fuse beads/perler beads and he really likes this one because it comes with so many copying pages that you can use over and over again. It also comes with different size and shape boards so he can free hand designs as well. The only down side is the container it comes with isn’t flush when you close the lid so the beads can move around so they don’t all stay in there color coded slot.

I love making melty beads as gifts for music festivals/raves. These are the best mini beads I’ve found, they melt evenly, come with good quality boards, paper, and tweezers. Be aware they are the mini size, 2.6mm, which is exactly what I was looking for. I love the color variety, I just wish I could buy refills of specific colors rather than purchasing another entire 24,000 bead kit. Highly recommend for older ages such as adults and teens, they’re too small and frustrating for the 5 year old I nanny, she does much better with the typical 5mm or jumbo 10mm size. Overall these are my go to for personal use!

We absolutely love this set! It works just as well as other popular sets and maybe better. My girl loves all the patterns and it has brought her tons of hours of enjoyment since she received it this Christmas. As far as differences between fuse beads and perler my girl said she noticed that the boards for the fuse beads don’t melt if you accidentally iron them. However, she has had this happen with a perler board. Also when ironing a longer time on fuse beads there is a slight odor that you don’t get with perler. One last difference - grandma, who often receives bead creations, says that she thinks the fuse beads stay together better than perler ones do. I would say this was definitely money well spent and will buy again when needed. So the word of caution is from other reviews that I have read on here - the handles are flimsy so hold it from the bottom. Otherwise you risk 22,000 beads going everywhere! I figure this is worth mentioning and I told my girl about it right away when she opened her gift so that we could just avoid that tragedy from the get-go. Hope you enjoy these beads!

I would take away half a star just for the plastic grids. I ironed my beads and the grids warped which was a bummer, but I am very impressed with the set overall. They were super easy to use, they were uniform in size and they melted so well. Also just a great selection of colors. I’d say these melted better than the 5mm perler brand beads (of course size alone could be the difference) but I was super happy with the way these turned out. I’d buy again but I’d be careful to use the tape method next time. The grids just can’t stand the heat.

I have been using Perlers for years & appreciate the quality of all items included with this pack. The tweezers are fantastic for perler art specifically. The beads melt & connect very well. A surprise was the clear iron sheets, its amazing to be able to see your project melting to avoid over or under heating areas!
