Worth a read.
"Every phase in life does not pass. Some remain inside you indefinitely, killing your soul, and you have no choice but to breathe in agony. " This book is all about this heartfelt statement as written by the author. This book is a story of two people named Nandini and Daksh. The chapters started with each of their stories separately, which made me think that the book was a collection of different stories, but in actuality it is not. The plot takes a turn when the paths of these two people cross unexpectedly and unknowingly, and they become motivation for each other's lives. The thought behind the story is very beautiful. The author has portrayed all the emotions very diligently and with special care. The stigma of living with a broken relationship and the pain of carrying a horrifying past within the heart is very deep. The author, through this book, has made everyone realise that we're all in the same boat, fighting our own inner demons. I really enjoyed reading this heartfelt story with lots of revelations and life lessons. I believe that the writing of the author is tremendous and this book will make the readers emotional. I really liked the title of the book; it is a very unique thought. Overall, it is worth a read and will surely motivate its readers.

Uplifting read!
Name : Our Non-Fairy Tale LifeAuthor : RooprashiGenre : DramaMy Rating : 🍪🍪🍪🍪Reread worthy : Yes, for bad daysTrigger : Suicidal and depressive thoughtsAgain another good book! I'm on a strrreeeakk!! 💃Are you feeling depressed, lonely and sad about everything in your life right now?Or have you ever gone through any deep trauma that has marked you permanently and it still hurts you or you have completely blocked it out in order to never deal with it instead of healing from it?Are you having trouble in any relationship in your life?Do you feel like you are a burden on others? Then this is THE book for you 📕 !Storywise, you won't be shocked or anything, but the narration and the characters' journeys WILL definitely touch you. The book had such a good calming effect on me and swear to God, there was a certain philosophical question I was just asking myself today morning, was answered in this book. 🖤The story is narrated from the pov of multiple characters. Apart from going 👀 from a few printing mistakes, I loved reading the book overall and the character development didn't feel forced or fake. The uncertainty of human emotions is one of the major points of this book. As a reader, I wish that instead of falling in love, it would have been more wholesome if Daksh and Nandini stayed friends, best friends in fact. I feel, not just romantic love, the love in a friendship can heal and soothe a person's soul too. 🤍My favourite quote : "We start looking for a place where our heart can be at peace, where we don't have to pretend anymore."** Sometimes reading a book does not help us with mental health issues. If you are having suicidal & constant depressive thoughts, please talk with your close loved ones and consult with a doctor. Remember our brain is a physical organ too and it has sick days.
