Amazing quality in a handy knife at unbelievable low price.
Amazing USA made quality for this price point. I have always like Morakniv for inexpensive yet quality knives, but their plastic sheaths are not very good on the belt. This small Bucklite and it’s large brother have a sheath similar to the Vanguard AND a full tang blade for superior strength. The blade is not nearly as thick as the more expensive Vanguard but plenty strong for most around the house or camping cutting tasks. The full tang gives you the most strength for its thickness. The rubber handle is a bit thin but for this size knife that is fine. The blade comes sharp and is easy to maintain like all Buck knives. This is a great small knife for tackle box, tool box, prepping food at camp or skinning small game or even fish though not flexible like a fillet knife., or working around the house. Any better knife and sheath, especially US made, will cost north of $50. This is a sharp, strong, quality built knife for an amazing low price. I’ve never been disappointed with a Buck knife, although I own several $100-$250 knives from Spyderco, Benchmade and Cold Steel. I’ll be buying many more Bucklite knives for gifts and to have in the truck, fishing box, etc.
