Great product easy to set up and flexible in design
Great product easy to set up and flexible in design. Very impressed. At first I thought I had made a mistake and that it would be too tall, but it fitted in next to the kitchen sink without a problem and without the other kitchen utensils touching it. One great feature is you have a little drainpipe, so that any water from the wet dishes collects at the bottom of the tray and then runs through the pipe back into the sink. Very clever. You have enough space to put your big clumpy hands through if you need to collect items from the bottom section without having to fight to move dishes around. i am not much of a kitchen person but I do like this dish drainer, it is a well thought out design.

Clever Idea!
Bought this and on initial set up it felt quite flimsy..I shouldn’t have been worried. It’s VERY strong, holds so many pots and dishes and we will never go back to a standard drainer. Such an improvement to our sink area!

great design, with one flaw, but that's fixable
I was desperate to find a two-tier dishrack with a tray that has a swivel spout after my old tray (no longer made) began to crack, and this does the trick. Unlike others I found the assembly instructions very straightforward. It would be perfect if the extendible drain spout didn't leak a little: I set the length I need, and then sealed the gaps with electrical tape. Otherwise the design is great; very stable, even with a heavy chopping board on the top rack.

Looks Good
The thing I disliked about this dishrack It took me some time to put together. I put it wrong at first then had to take it all apart and put it correctly once I sorted it out How to put them in the right place. The dish rack is value for money and it fits nicely on the draining board with some space, oh I like the little spout that’s underneath the dish rack at least water can easily drain out.

Excellent product: very stable and solid - peace of mind!
I’ve been using this two layer pot drainer for a couple of weeks and it’s been a great asset to my kitchen. The space it saves, the greater security to my crockery (especially the Denby!) and the speed which it allows pots to dry is fantastic. No rust, no instability, no crowding of wet dishes, no problems. The material is solid and high quality, the build is excellent, and the space saving is remarkable. I’m very happy with this rack as it’s freed up so much of my kitchen workspace and I know I can relax in the knowledge that the security my dishes is good - no sliding off each other but individually held and space to dry.

Excellent, clever product
Who'd had thought someone has redesigned and improved the humber dish drainer? Bought this as the dishwasher packed up and needed something until I got it fixed or got a new one. Not sure if I'll bother now. If you are hand washing dishes, a decent drainer is essential, but this has be rethought and, although a little fiddly to assemble is really well designed, well-made and perfect for the smaller household.

Keep leaking
The design is good and I love the bended space to hold the bowls. Unfortunately it leaks and I need to keep drying my wooden cooktop to not destroy it. Better to put on a metal/stone surface

Good quality.
This is what i have been looking for for years. It holds quite a bit of washing up. It comes with a water drainer which i can not use because my sink is just higher than my work surface so the water drainer is to high & water comes out inbetween the extension of the water drainer. It would be ok for a sink that is level or lower than a work surface. I have got round this by siliconing up the drain hole with the rubber drain on & off plug in place. I tried it without the silicone but water still leaks out. I still recommend this product.
