Bought in second. Nothing wrong with it what so ever. Box crumpled a bit but no damage to kettle and saved some money. Win win 🤗👌

One side of the toaster the mechanical component did not work ie the bread was not held in situ so it did not work had to be sent back lack of quality control.

This toaster is sturdy and nice to look at. The colour is nice and fingerprints don’t tend to show up as it isn’t high gloss. It has different settings including reheat which is handy. Good value for money, apart from the crumb tray (see below). As a 4 piece toaster, it is a little on the large side but not a problem if you have a fair amount of surface space. It is easy to use, although you must have the right hand side toaster in use before you can use the left hand side, otherwise the lever won’t stay down.It is very quiet and can only be heard when releasing the toast. My only issue is that there is not crumb tray that can be removed to clean. This is a little problematic as crumbs end up collecting in the base with no way to remove them. I ended up tipping it upside down, but I can still see and hear pieces knocking around inside.

Worse kettle I’ve ever hand. Initially very impressed how pretty it is then notice the lid is in a tinny silver not same as rest of flashing in rose gold. Fine overlook this for a great kettle. However this silver part once kettle has boiled is lethal! I have burnt my hands and fingers on several occasions now, if you ever have to reboil soon after another boil (like cooking need for hot water pasta etc) you need oven gloves to handle the lid.It’s also VERY loud. And not fast to boil at all. Thank goodness it sparkles. Literally it’s only redeeming feature.

Looks good and is perfect in my new kitchen.

Smart toaster great buy

Toasts beautifully, but the slots are too short for basic sliced bread. You can put it in vertically, but the top inch or so doesn't get toasted.
