Good, but could be better
I like most of disc 1, although I wish that his matches with Cesaro and Neville were on there. Disc 2 only took me approximately 25 minutes because I only liked his match against Finn Baylor and the Fatal 4 way match, although he looked out of place with his terrible haircut and weight/muscle loss

Cenation franchise
Expected more matches earlier in his career but it picks up after he beat Rusev for the United States title at Wrestlemania 35 and went on to do the Open US Title challenges. Has his bout vs AJ Styles winning the WWE Title becoming a 16x champion tying Ric Flair's record. Certainly worth having.

The Most Recent Years Of John Cena
Regardless if you personally like him or not, John Cena has spent more time as the face of the WWE than any other star previously along with all of his accomplishments made throughout his career makes him one of the greatest of all time but he's definitely in recent years has moved on to other outside interest in recent years with this set looking at his most recent matches with not only the younger crop of superstars but also recent matches against former rivals & opponents here in this match collection of John Cena's Hustle, Royal & Respect.Matches Include:United States Championship Match vs. Rusev - Lana was in Rusev's corner for the first time in weeks while Rusev had quite the entrance as he was dominate early with various kicks & power offense along with even trying to embarrass Cena at one point as he was able to just keep countering & stay in control stopping Cena dead whenever he amounted some amount offense before both men were able to start trading momentum countering each other's power moves & submissions along with each man executing offense that we've never seen from them with it coming down to a strategy that worked in their previous match backfiring on this occasion as it was a solid match but I enjoyed their previous match better.WrestleMania 31[Best PPV Matches Of 2015]United States Championship Match vs. Stardust - This was the second U.s. Title open challenge with Cena in control early on showcasing his power which he also showcased later on catching him mid-air into an impactful maneuver along with his newest signature move while Stardust was able to keep rolling through Cena's offense to deliver some aerial offense & physical offense of his own including one that landed him directly to on top of his head in a back & forth match."RAW" Apr. '15United States Championship Match vs. Sami Zayn - Bret Hart introduced Sami in his hometown of Montreal for this open challenge while suffering an injury before the match only to further hurt it early on in the match as Cena continued to execute his trademark offense while Sami had some reversals & counters for it along with executing some high risk maneuvers while continuing to kick out of some of Cena's signature moves that even caused him to confront the referee about it out of frustrating in a showcase for Sami that was so impressive that Cena gave him a big show of respect afterwords."RAW" May '15[Best Of RAW & SmackDown 2015]United States Championship/“I Quit!” Match vs. Rusev - For those trivia fans, this is Cena's fifth "I Quit" match with the lesser known fact being that all but one of those matches also took place during the annual PPV that occurs during the month of May. Rusev was dominate early pounding Cena down & easily breaking any momentum Cena attempted to gain but kept allowing the fans reaction towards Lana distract him allowing Cena to fight back as both men took advantage of the ringside environment along with brawling throughout the crowd to the stage area itself with each man throwing the other into or through whatever possible including taking a piece of the ring apart juts to punish their opponent as the match got so physical that one man would have lost the match under the condition they were in during any other match except this one causing the match to continue resulting in not only a great brawl but their best encounter of their feud.Payback '15United States Championship Match vs. Kevin Owens - This was the rubber match with the difference being that Owens is no longer the NXT Champion while Cena was defending his title with Owens coming out strong with a knockout punch & torture rack neckbreaker while Cena had a unique faceplant slam & top rope legdrop as both men traded momentum countering & blocking the other's offense with one man stealing the other's move set at one point as they continued to have innovative combinations or counters rarely seen from each other before such as a superplex countered into a mid-air side suplex or powerbomb into a rana in such a hard fought match that you saw both men show signs of frustration thinking "what else can I do?" in what was another show stealing performance from both men in these series of match.Battleground '15[Best PPV Matches Of 2015]United States Championship Match vs. Seth Rollins - Seth was the current WWE Champion when Cena challenged him for his championship earlier in the night only for The Authority to make the match for Cena's championship as Seth was in control early on staying a step ahead grounding Cena & countering his offense later on going aerial from different areas of the ring while Cena used maneuvers that we either haven't or rarely seen from him coming from off the ropes various times while Rollins continued to put together combinations & impactful offense of his own in a back & forth match that's most memorable for an injury that occurred during the match that would come into play for weeks (along with a funny parody shirt)."RAW" July '15United States Championship Match vs. Dolph Ziggler - Ziggler answered the U.S. Open Challenge but it should be noted that a short time after the match started that something happened that never happened before on in WWE between two people along with a sign in the crowd that it drew everyone's attention including Cena himself acknowledging it & giving his congratulations. Dolph using repeated maneuvers early on & countering his opponent's trademark offense continuing to do so throughout the match while Cena used his signature maneuvers & submissions along with impactful offense including one that turned his opponent inside out causing Dolph to resort to some desperate tactics & getting more physical than we've recently seen in a competitive match."RAW" Oct. '15vs. WWE Champion A.J. Styles - Both men traded momentum early on with them showcasing that they knew each other so well from previous encounters that they were able to counter the other's trademark offense while delivering some impactful moves of their own from Cena turning A.J. inside out with a lariat to Styles powerbomb out of a torture rack as both men continued to either reverse the offense into their own or have unique combinations to the point where one man was showing that he had trouble breathing due to the effects of the match while the other hurt himself when executing an impactful move as they continued to throw everything they had at each other including submissions & offense rarely, if ever, seen by them including using their opponent's signature moves against them as these two delivered exactly what you expect based off their previous encounters with J.B.L. utilizing the line to describe this perfectly, "Someone call the sheriff, they just stole the dang show!" with a real act of class afterwords.Royal Rumble '17[Best PPV Matches Of 2015; A.J. Styles: Most Phenomenal Matches]vs. Shinsuke Nakamura - This was to determine who would get a shot at the WWE Championship at SummerSlam with Nakamura playing mind games early on staying a step ahead with various kicks & knee strikes including catching one of Cena's trademark maneuvers into a submission as Cena was able to keep reversing Nakamura's signature offense into his own submissions & maneuvers of his own as they traded momentum continuing to countering their opponents moves into their own including one suplex that had landed their opponent directly on their neck in a back & forth match."SmackDown" Aug. '17[Best Of RAW & SmackDown 2017]vs. Roman Reigns - The crowd made it clear how they felt about both men right from the start with Cena having fun with it leaving Roman to take the fight right to him on the outside only for Cena to come back & do the same as both men were able to counter each other's trademark offense into their own from submissions to physical offense while continuing to trade punches & catching each other while modifying their normal moves to deliver with more impact such as repeating the move back to back or using a weapon in the process in a back & forth match but was missing the amount of intensity to follow the buildup & promos leading into this match. No Mercy '17[Best PPV Matches Of 2017; The Shield: Justice For All]vs. Elias - Elias interrupted Cena addressing the crowd on Christmas only to attack before challenging him to an immediate match as Elias kept working him over keeping him down cutting off any attempt at momentum throughout the contest only for Cena to finally have a counter to build some momentum of his own with his trademark offense as this was the performance that Cena was stereotyped with throughout a majority of his career with him taking a heavy beating only to make a comeback right at the end."RAW" Dec. '17vs. Finn Bálor - This was a qualifying match for the upcoming Elimination Chamber match with Cena eliminating Balor from the Royal Rumble the night before as Cena attempted offense but showed signs of frustration when he couldn't keep an advantage causing him to get more aggressive to the point where he knocked himself off balance delivering hard whips into the corner with the reaction of the crowd clearly getting to him causing him to try to justify himself to them saying, "I'm just trying to go to WrestleMania" but Balor continued to deliver various styles of kicks from overhead to a shotgun dropkick to even his signature double stomp off the top rope with Cena continuing to execute his signature maneuvers had had to deliver it with more impact than usual as Balor refused to stay down."RAW" Jan. '18No Disqualification Match vs. Kane - Cena for weeks had called out Undertaker for a match at WrestleMania only for him to get a response the week before but from Kane leading to this match with Kane taking the match to the outside & into the crowd in dominate fashion using whatever he could get his hands on only for Cena to ultimately respond in a way that was meant to send a message as both men took advantage of the match stipulation implementing a weapon into the action in a solid match."RAW" Mar. '18vs. Triple H - This was their first singles match against each other in 8 years with both men evenly matched early overpowering & taking the other down as HHH kept mocking Cena while taking his time reversing & countering Cena's offense along with showcasing his power only for Cena to use his opponent's momentum against him & took advantage of his environment as both men traded momentum using their signature maneuvers while countering their opponent's moves in a solid encounter.Greatest Royal Rumble '18vs. Finn Bálor vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Baron Corbin - The winner of this match would face Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble with Balor already wrestling a qualifying match earlier in the night in a match that various superstars use their opponents momentum against them along with some alliances made only to be later dissolved with each man having an opportunity to execute their signature maneuvers & one man trying to use the smart tactic of picking the bones off their opponent's work but also making himself the odd man out in a non-stop action match."RAW" Jan. '19Overall I liked that they included more of Cena's U.S. open challenges because that was definitely one of his highest points in his career as far as being an in-ring competitor goes while some other matches (Elias) could have been left off in favor of something else (his mixed tag with Becky Lynch against Vega & Almas) as they weren't good encounters overall but in the end, I would recommend if you were a fan of Cena in his more recent "part time" years.
