NEO-TEC 6 pack Tree Felling Wedges, chainsaw wedges, 5.5"+8" tree cutting equipment, tree cutting equipment with Spikes for Safe Tree Cutting

Recently had a storm go through that caused some trees to fall + disabled other trees to where they needed to be felled. I needed methods in order to bring down some trees safely and buck trees that were already on the ground so I bought these wedges. The NEO-TEC 6 pack Tree Felling Wedges (including 5.5" and 8" sizes) were exactly what I needed for felling trees and bucking them. The spikes on these chainsaw wedges were a great feature, really preventing them from slipping even when working on angled cuts. The PA6 + 30%GF material seems quite durable, as they held up well to repeated hammering. Having both the 5.5" and 8" sizes in the pack was useful for different sized trees. They were also lightweight enough to carry several at once without being cumbersome. Overall, this 6-pack of NEO-TEC felling wedges is a great value and was essential for safely and efficiently finishing my tree work.

great set of tree wedges for a great price! very solidly made, heavy thick plastic should hold up to lots of pounding and use, and has a nice handy bag to carry them aroound so I don’t lose them.

A good value for what you get. When I am running my chain saws, I don't need these wedges 95% of the time, but when you need them, they are very handy to have. I usually don't like plastic but for their purpose the only way to go. If you hit them with the chain blades or it drops on a turning chain, you won't damage your chain. The size of the wedges are just right for my use and I like having the carrying bag to keep them in. Also, the bright orange will help you not loose them when in the field.

Will not take long term driving, hammering.

I am not a lumberjack, but my remote get away property is in the "mountains" of Arkansas, and I frequently have trees to cut down or cut up. These are extremely helpful in preventing the chain saw from getting pinched, and helping to complete the cut. They are hard plastic, but have not chipped or broken when pounded on by a heavy hammer or axe. I don't know that they are sturdy enough for someone who might use them every day, but they are great for someone who uses them frequently.

These wedges seem decent for what I payed ($10) they're not as nice as the stihl wedges that's for sure, but you get 6 instead of 1. Can't beat it.

excellent price for a basic item. besides using them for making firewood i also use them to scrape off Ice on my car's windshield and widows. does not scratch and is super strong for aggressive scraping.

Product seemed pretty good, but when you use it repetitively, the wedges seem to wanna break more than other wedges I have. I know some of that can be user error from hitting them incorrectly, but taking that into account these seem to break quite easily as opposed to several other brands I’ve purchased.Would not necessarily recommend these would recommend other brands that again are more forgiving for the amateur tree fellow
