The handle you keep forever and you just buy a pack of 100 double sided blades seperately for about £5. What I love most about this razor, is I get the closest shave ever. As a first time safety razor user, it was slightly tricky to use to begin with. This razor is heavy which takes time to get used to holding. I kept thinking i was going to drop it, as the handle is small also. But I adapted to it quickly. It also takes a while to get used to using it at the correct angle. When you have the correct angle, you wont accidently nick yourself. I did a few times to begin with, but after researching how to use it properly, i dont have this problem at all anymore. Its super easy to switch the razor blades. I have the razor with the butterfly top, and it makes it much more safer to switch blades. I chose the copper colour, it is so stunning. Its like a vibrant rose gold, very feminine. Overrall this razor is very high quality and I will never go back to disposable ones! The black one opens by twisting the end of the handle, while the other one needs to have the head unscrewed to put the blade in. Both are easy to do.
