Directions

3 times daily, stir 1 level measuring spoon of OMNi LOGiC PLUS (= 5g) into a glass of water/juice, etc. (approx. 200mL), and drink at once (no activation time necessary). The positive effect of glucomannan is achieved by taking 3g daily in three 1g servings with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.
