Do not buy
First off you get no help with these units.Amazon doesn't allow return.Mine showed up broken the squirrel cage fanWas installed incorrectly and resulted in error code and would shutdown. I fixed that and it still doesn't cool my small truck camper. Money down the drain.

works great in my 825 lance camper but don't expect any support
poor packaging, showed up with a dent which I bent back out. Luckily it didn't damage anything important. Didn't come with the mounting screw plastic covers. I tried multiple times to ask specific questions via email which were answered with vague unhelpful information. I think it was because of the language barrier? It indicated it had a heating function but I don't think it does? Manual pictures didn't match up with my control board. The manual is useless. A automatic off timer function would be very helpful. The sleep mode has the unit fan running at all times which kills the battery at night if left on. The temp is not even close. I set the unit at around 12 deg C and it gets to around 22 deg C (using a thermometer) in my camper. With all that said the unit does cool well and my solar set up can power it when the sun is out. (200ah lith batteries with 400w (250w actual) panels). So it's a very efficient unit at a good price. The Dometic equivelant is $4000. Also pictures of the bottom unmounted unit would have helped.

It’s not a good value the fan is all that works
The fan works and that’s all poor installation directions, the remote never worked and you can’t communicate with these people

These units are pure trash, don't work for a dime, and customer service...none.
Purchased two units, neither one works, and traying to get support is nearly impossible.

Its pretty decent
It makes it bearable but then too, Im in Arizona. So 115 to 119 degree summer are normal here.
