This was quite a sensitive purchase as was on behalf of my mom for my dad’s ashes. He passed away 3 weeks ago. Was a bit reluctant to order online but was very pleased as item exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and really is beautiful. Would highly recommend this seller 5*

This is a nice box for my Mum’s ashes however it is much darker than the picture of what I ordered and does not have a gloss finish as the picture depicted. A bit disappointing but nice nevertheless.

Very angry that the finish on this is badly flawed. I cannot take photos and do not have a smart phone. I am disabled and can not get out. I can't keep asking people to help me so I don't know what to do. It is despicable that you assume everyone uses modern technology. Mary George
