Value money but quality for the product quite durable and super bright like those police flashlight but cheaper!!

Every few years I upgrade my flashlights, and this was the year. (New bulbs/LEDs and better batteries are usually the reason. Technology is always changing.) For the money, I've not seen another flashlight that beats this one. Very bright (1K Lumens? I doubt it, but good enough.), compact, and able to use the included rechargeable battery or regular AAAs with the adapter. This one goes into my emergency pack for my car, so aside from some basic testing I don't know how well it will hold up. I do know I've bought several Energizer flashlights and have been happy with them so far. After it gets enough use to give ratings for battery life and durability, I'll try and update this review. Right now, I have no hesitation in recommending this one.

This is a very nice light. It shines bright and charges well. It arrived on time and very well packaged.

The media could not be loaded. I really wish Amazon would go back to ‘half stars’ as this would be a 4.5 star flashlight for sure. The beam is super-bright and the tail switch works great. The flashlight is very well built and robust. It’s rechargeable and the battery life is great. I use this light nearly nightly and only find I need to recharge every two-weeks or so, with moderate use. The charging port is well-sealed and charging time from dead to charged is under an hour. The only minuses for me, is lack of a focusable beam and a pocket clip would be nice. It’s really though, the lack of a focusable beam that forces me to give this otherwise excellent light four-stars.

The flashlight output is very good. However, the charging port is antiquated - it is Micro USB rather than USB-C which is the current standard of most USB charging ports. As a result, when traveling, must use the older generation Micro USB cable to charge the flashlight. Additionally, the flashlight Micro USB charging port is poorly constructed. The port collapsed into the flashlight body when trying to charge it 2nd time. I have only had the flashlight about 1 1/2 months - which is outside the return window and now the flashlight is non-functioning. Avoid buying this flashlight.
