I’ll be damned… it really does work
I bought these as an alternative to tampons because I deal with a lot of inconsistency during my period and determining when to change them has caused pain in the past if it was not yet time and I changed too early, or having a particularly heavy day where 2 hrs was too long to leave it. I can say I have been extremely resistant to change and have never tried something like this or a cup before. However, I am just shocked at how well it’s worked so far on my first try. It looks awkward as ass when you open it and notice it’s a crinkly crunchy bag that is catching everything. I was expecting something softer I guess. However, once I got over my fit of laughter looking at the thing, once I put it in, I couldn’t feel it at all and it’s done it’s job, complete with emptying every time I pee which is just the wildest thing. It’s lasted 12 hours during my heaviest time which was great to not have to continually fuss with something. Removing it isn’t difficult or painful, but clean up is worse than a tampon but I would assume similar to a cup. It has leaked a little, but honestly that doesn’t seem to be a true leak from the product but more residue left after a pee-emptying that I am using a liner to catch. Slept all night with no issues which with tampons I was lucky to sleep through the night because I’d wake up feeling a leak on heavy nights. I am truly impressed, and I’m thankful to have this option. If you’re considering trying it out, I encourage you to see for yourself if it’s something that could work. With prime, it’s free returns anyway! LOL, while awkward I was fully prepared to take these to my local Kohls Amazon hub and return them (the unused of course) had they pissed me off or hurt, but I’m happy to say I’ll be keeping them and plan to continue purchasing.

cheapest introduction to discs!
I have always been a big pad user, and I wish I had this when I was a teen! Definitely hard to use at first, there is a learning skill and I do leak because I don't think this matches my autonomy 100%, but it catches 90% of the flow so I am happy with it. I was always worried it would get "stuck", but honestly, it was so easy to remove (with short nails! be careful if you have long nails). To the new users, a pro tip is add some lube onto the rim! It makes for easier positioning. If you feel it, it might be in the wrong position, make sure to drop a squat and check its tucked!

Set it and forget it
It feels weird to say I love these things, but if I have to be a woman of menstruating age, I’m grateful these exist! They’re easy to use, you can’t feel them, you can go swimming, and be intimate with them in (if you should choose to do so). They’re not linked to toxic shock syndrome. They’re changed every 12 hours so you can essentially “set it and forget it.”

Inlove so far
I'm still new to discs tho I like them a ton more than tampons I always struggled to have my disks boiled when I got my period. With these it's great because I can throw one of them in my bag or keep one in my desk at work for whenever I get my period! Now I feel more ready and prepared. The convenience was the game changer for me! Plus these are plant based and the packaging is so nice and simple! It's also very discreet if you're worried. Overall these are going to be my go to! Comfort was excellent! Leaking: none during regular activities, the tiniest bit when I attempted spicy time but after a little bit no more leakage! Thank you flex you're awesome and my favorite disk so far out of all the ones I've tried

Amazing, can't even feel it
My body has started rejecting any kind of tampon no matter the brand. Before buying a silicone disc I wanted to try these to see if it was something that worked for me. Happy to report these worked amazing. I will say if you have a heavier flow at the beginning of your period wear a panty liner or pad until you've mastered the position of the disc, and learned how your body responds to it. I did have some leakage but I think it was just the adjustment and learning how my body did with the disc. I noticed when I went pee the disc would sometimes move forward and break the seal (now its supposed to be self emptying and for me for the most part was) however I think as my muscles pushed it forward the seal broke and all it took was a slight push back to reset things and get the seal. No mess super easy. I also will caution anyone who has nails, you could potentially poke the plastic and rip it which will cause leaking. All in all I will be moving forward with discs. You cant feel them, they hold a lot, and so easy to insert and remove with no pain at all.

Mixed Thoughts
This was great until it wasn't! Definitely the easiest to insert of anything I've tried yet (a cup and a reusable disc from another brand). The rim flexed easy and was a breeze to put in the first time. No leaks - I was amazed. A slight learning curve to remove it but managed to do it ok. Here's where it was a disaster for me. The 2nd time I used a disc was during a VERY heavy bleed. I put it on before going to the pool. Noticed I had to wipe and rinse in the shower whatever residual blood was in my vaginal canal after insertion. Spent about an hour down at the pool, went in water, no leaks thankfully. A couple of hours later I noticed blood on my underwear. So I put on a pantyliner. Hours later, before going to bed, I noticed at this point the pantiliner was getting pretty soaked. Went into the shower to remove and literally tried everything, thumb, sticking my finger up as far as I could and I couldn't get a grip on the rim because there was so much blood already overflowing that everything was so damn slippery. It was literally like a bloodbath in the shower. I was freaking out and thought omg, if I can't get this thing out I need to go to the ER for removal. I woke up my boyfriend mortified that I had to ask him to help me remove it. He even struggled because it was so wet from so much blood, it was sitting up so high and he also couldn't grip it. Without going into the gory details we finally got it out and it was like a murder scene in the shower. In the future, I'll stick to using this during a lighter flow. Definitely not for someone who has extremely heavy bleeding. Maybe if you're home all day and can remove and empty it every 2 hours or so but basically at that point I will just wear pads. I'm thinking that maybe a reusable silicone one might be better to grip when it is already wet and overflowing. Either that or try another brand with a notch or loop to help remove. Eek - otherwise - love this but won't be using it for extremely heavy days.

Glad I Stuck With It!
The first day was very messy. I didn't quite get the hang of it at first and had some issues with leaks. I also forgot to empty it in time, so I think that contributed to the leaking as well. But the second day I had the hang of how to insert and place it and how to empty it without taking it out (and to get it back in place after emptying) as well as how often to empty it. I wore a pad just in case, was wearing light colored pants, but it stayed clean all day. So glad I kept trying. I was ready to throw in the towel after the messy first day, but this product absolutely does what it's supposed to. I'll probably continue to use pads or liners, but could see myself becoming confident enough to go without if I needed to, like with a swimsuit. If you're trying this and it's the first day and you just haven't gotten the hang of it, give it a couple more days. Another tip, if you're having trouble figuring out whether it's in right, lying on your back then feeling for it can give you a better idea of where it is in relation to your pubic bone. I did that a couple times to check it after insertion, but now that I have that better understanding of where it needs to sit, I can do it sitting down. I'm thrilled that I no longer have to be stuck with tampons that contain harmful chemicals. The tampon industry is literally poisoning women and I think we should all stop using them and maybe, one day, those unethical leeches will go bankrupt. I'll be telling every woman I know to switch to discs. We deserve products that make our lives easier and won't possibly kill us! Also, cramps are pretty much gone. I have a very heavy flow and usually intense cramping. Barely any cramps and it handles my heavy flow as long as I empty when using the restroom.

Safe for use with IUD
I was so nervous to try these because I have the Paragard IUD, but I haven't had any issues! I had a couple leaks here and there getting used to using them, I suggest trying them on weekends/days off. Like anything they require some getting used to, I'm really sensitive but these don't give me discomfort unless they're positioned incorrectly, which relatively easy to fix when you get the hang of it. The chemicals in other period products are terrible! These are worth it for health and peace of mind. My favorite part is no more waking up in the middle of the night forgetting how many hours you had your tampon in!

Don't know these existed!
Very happy with these! Exactly as advertised! Perfect for on the go or when you don't have the ability to sterilize your reusable period cup. A little pricey for use 100% of the time, but I understand the price point

Veramente top

Too big, really painful
I don't understand why these come as 1 size fits all. If you have a diaphragm fitted they come in all different sizes. Other brands sell different sized discs. These are 7cm across, which is listed as a large, post childbirth size by other brands. It was so painful, honestly. I don't know why they're promoting this idea that your vagina is essentially numb inside. I mean dildos wouldn't be so popular if that was the case, would they?? I feel like this is just more patriarchal b/s and this is just a rubbish product that is marketed to women for profit without taking women's/female bodied People's actual lived needs into account. Very disappointed
