I have no idea how or why this works but it does!!!! It feels cooling and soothing the minute you slip it over your head. Has just enough pressure to help with the pain and feels slightly cooling. It’s pretty wonderful actually!!

Very good quality, and after the initial jarring coldness out of the freezer, it can be very comfortable. Easily adjustable to any headsize, though the cold has a short duration for the time it spends in the freezer. Works very well!

I keep this in the fridge. I get frequent headaches and find the cold soothing.The blocking of the light is a bonus as well.There’s an opening in the top if you’ve got long hair and want to pull a ponytail thru the top of it for rest.

Chuck it in the freezer, put it on top of your head while its warming enough to wear over your head. I bought two immediately so that I could cool one as I wore the other. They're great, bought a third to keep at work. If ice packs help you with your migraines, this is a much simpler method to get a numb-skull, and for me at least, I find I like the compression feeling too

This item has been a lifesaver. It remains cold for long enough to do its job and has been durable over many uses and re-uses.
