The media could not be loaded. this is a solid lock. Very easy to install a true DIY installation and easy to use. Perfect for air bib and office use. The material is solid and heavy. Look is contemporary style. I would recommend this lock to everyone who is interested in smart security solutions. Wish they could add a camera into this lock

Our first keyless lock purchase. It didn’t take long for it to teach us the new routine. Very intuitive.Installation instructions were very good.We did not go with a fingerprint recognition model. The keypad and four FOBs are most adequate for our purposes.

The media could not be loaded. It’s been awhile since I got this lock set up and get tested. It is solid, key fob and keys are in place in case the code doesn’t work. It makes the backyard entry to the house much easier as you just need to enter a code now. It also has an app that you can use to unlock. I haven’t used that feature yet to make a comment. Overall I like this product.

Installed two of these and I love the convenience of not having to carry a key. I like that they can be set to automatically re-lock and that the touch screen buttons work consistently and are well lit enough to be seen in direct sunlight. Also like that I can use my phone to unlock/lock the doors if I want to, which I have done a few times although usually find myself tapping in the code instead since my phone isn’t usually in my hand.Instructions are good enough, app is not too hard to figure out, and the parts seem like good quality. My only concern is that the internal mounting bracket is thin and if someone put any real force against the handle they could probably rip the whole thing out. Then again, if someone is willing to exert that much force to get in, they could just as easily smash a window so a solid steel lock would not guarantee anything, either.For my purposes it’s perfect. Be aware they do not come with batteries; you’ll need four AA to get you going.

Our local nonprofit Soccer Club needed a new lock for our storage building. We needed something with different options to gain access. This lock was designed to meet our needs. We can change access codes each season for new coaches. Provide fobs to board members and monitor who is accessing the building with the cell phone app. I highly recommend this lock.

After trying two other products, finally full satisfied! It works! Numeric key pad, Fob and bluetooth all works like charm!I highly recommend this product! Stay away from fingerprints lock! Not worth even trying.

Beware - these locks will leave you out in the cold. We purchased several to use on our motel, and in cold weather six of them malfunction and would not unlock. Worst of all, it was a mechanical failure inside the lock, so the backup physical key couldn't even unlock the door. We have tried multiple times over the past few months to reach out to the seller and/or manufacturer to process a warranty claim for the malfunctioning locks, both through the email they provide in the lock's instruction manual, and also through the seller messaging system on Amazon, but they won't respond whatsoever.Beware! The claim of a one-year warranty is completely false.

I love this lock but we had to install it upside-down because it is to tall for my dead bolt and this lock to be on the same door. Easy to install, easy setup and easy enough to add keys and or extra keys. I don't recommend this lock if you have a deadbolt lock that's close to the main lock because it won't fit with both unless you install it upside-down. However, we installed ours upside-down and the key fobs work great so we hardly ever use the Keypad.
