Nice deep bowl for grinding, love the appearance, easy to clean.

This is a great kitchen utensil.It's an incredibly heavy, large bowl so can take a large quantity of herbs and spices. It is great quality, was a great price and looks really good.

This pestle and mortar grinder is quite a large one and is great for crushing your spices etc in good time. It has a very premium feel to it and is packaged very well. Makes for the perfect addition to any kitchen or even as a great gift for someone.

Does its job , not the quality of my old one , but its fine

This is a really nicely finished Pestle and Mortar set. The outside is really nicely homed and polished, giving it a wonderfully attractive look. The inner surfaces are untreated, giving a really good surface to grind on - which for me is one if it's strongest points. Pastes made in this have a great texture, as the inner roughness breaks fibres down quickly and easily.The bowl is slightly shallower than I'm used to though, but this is something you get used to. It's nice and wide, but probably better for making drier pastes rather than wetter marinades etc.I'd say that this offered great value for the price, especially as it's nice enough to look at, to be left on the countertop when not in use.
