These heel insoles are great and are the only ones that have actually done the job for me. I have narrow heels and practically every shoe I try on has excess space in the heels. The free heel pads you get from the shoe store have never worked for me. So glad I found these.

These are wonderful! Very comfortable and wish you would make the pad longer for the entire foot. Not squeaky like the plastic ones. Protects my feet with new and old shoes and helps them not slip:-)!!!

I’ve tried pretty much every heel liner I can find and these ones are by far the best. Having the heel and sole pieces connected prevent it from slipping off/down and adds a bit of cushion. Put these in pretty much all my heels for work and would absolutely recommend!!

Nice set, lovely package that I’m keeping to store the ones I haven’t used yet in too! Surprised how great the ball of foot silicone pad helped, I tested against the massaging insole brand, and a foam set and this silicon one eliminated any pain from my high heels for a lot longer... honestly I was surprised. The back of heel ones you step on made my heels too small but would be great for shoes that are too small... and I found better for flats as it raises your heel up a tiny bit. I’ve used the smaller silicon back of heel ones before and they have always been better than the foam type... good in heels or flats. The only thing missing is a back of heel grip that is like a non-skid textured material that grippes your heel... the texture of sole protectors maybe... for heels that fit but still have the issue of heel slipping out (especially if wearing hosiery). As something like that to this set and it would be 100 stars!!

Very comfortable liners. Went to a wedding reception - I wear flats and I'm not a big dancer or anything, but just mingling can make my feet ache - with these My feet were pretty comfy. The only pain I had was pretty much my own fault, I used the insoles for the pads of my feet as well as the heel pads and it make the front top of the shoe too tight, so I had red swollen lines at the top of my feet by my toes by the end of the night, but I prefer that to the normal ache in the bottom of my feet that I would have normally had.On the negative side, I wouldn't recommend these if your shoes were already tight on you. My shoes were somewhat loose on me, especially in the back where the heel would have rubbed a lot if not for these. If I'd have purchased my normal size shoe (1/2 size smaller than what I bought) these would have made the shoe too tight and uncomfortable. I also don't think these are going to stick day after day. After only the wedding reception, the bottom part of the heal liner is still stuck on, but the back part is completely loose and no longer sticky. I don't wear dress shoes much, so for me it was worth buying it even if I only use them once. But if you need them for daily use, maybe try using superglue to keep them on...?

Heel grips with inserts into the show might be the best thing ever. Had a pair of shoes much to large for me that they didn’t offer a smaller size in that I really wanted and I was able to added these heel grips and the insert part really is what helped me be able to keep the shoes. I’ve used just heel grips before and they aren’t comfortable but since these have the inserts attached these are very comfortable. Totally recommend.

Arrived on time and as described. I bought a pair of shoes that are really comfortable but were just a little large - my heel kept slipping out of them. I had tried other heel grips, but found they would shift and move after being place inside the back of my shoe. These heel grips - with the extra flap that sits on the insole, are perfect. They stay in place and provide just the right padding to make my shoes fit well.

Very good bargain! I've used only two of them so far. Definitely wipe the area with alcohol before attaching them or the glue won't stick. I have one in a pair of Dansko clogs that are a little too big on one foot and another in a pair of shoes that rub my heal. Life savers!
