Classic 2 Voice-Controlled Mobile Phone (Red)

While I initially enjoyed the experience with the Blind Shell Classic 2 phone, there’s a crucial aspect that left me disappointed. On the positive side, the phone offers a unique blend of simplicity and modernity, which is a refreshing change from many smartphones on the market. The tactile buttons and single number dialling feature provide a nostalgic feel and enhance usability, making it stand out from the crowd. However, the inability to easily back up contacts, particularly to Google, is a significant flaw. While I managed to create a virtual contact file (VCF) for backup, this process may be too complex for elderly users or those less familiar with technology. Considering the phone’s target audience, which includes individuals seeking simplicity, this feature should have been more intuitive and user-friendly. Regrettably, due to this limitation and the overall value proposition, I’ve decided to return the product after a week, because would love to still give it a time and the love which it deserves for the positive side which I admire. While the phone has great potential, the lack of a straightforward backup solution makes it difficult to justify the expense. With some improvements in this area, the Blind Shell Classic 2 could truly shine as a user-friendly and modern device.

I loved the phone but the voice control option wouldn't work. i called the company and uploaded the latest upgrade but nothing worked. It would just say "i listen after a beep" and there was no beep. had to return both of them

Husband is 80 years old and visually impaired. There is no button to turn phone off nor is there a button to select what a person wants. Voice command kept saying something like "after a beep". However there never was a BEEP so the phone needs a big improvement for the visually impaired. It made no sense. Things need to be much more simple.
