Happy with my wax melter which I use for my small business making candles and wax melts to alongside my skincare range. The temperature guage is pretty accurate as I’ve checked it with my digital thermometer so for a reasonably priced bit of kit I am really pleased.The tap is heated so doesn’t get clogged.I keep a small cup underneath the tap as it drips once or twice after shutting off, so would advise that. Not a criticism really as you are bound to have residue in the tap.Easy to use, and perfect for the job so 👍🏼

I love this melter, it melts the wax so quick that is why you should be careful and always keep your eye on it. But definitely worth! Is is a game changer for candle maker like me.

I had a few different candle making machines but this one is by far the best and I had even been using pots and pans in the past. It can hold a fair amount of wax (12lbs i think) and its extremly easy to use. Cleaning is also very easy.It comes with a manual which is easy to follow and extremly simple to set up. The candles from this machine has been great so far. I'm glad I found this product!

Was a great piece of kit.....until 2 weeks after purchase. Bottom burnt, which i never realised as i had around 8kg of wax in it solid. Turned it on one morning to start batch making and 6 hours later the wax is still solid. Tried for 2 days after an gave up an submitted a return. Thankfully no issues with return but it took a few hours to remove the solidified wax out of it. Once i got to the bottom i noticed the botton had burnt and ruined a lot of my wax, managed to salvage some but still lost a lot of revenue because of it. I was going to replace it with the same but after reading further reviews ive decided against it as it seems a few have had the same problem.Gutted. It was a great piece of kit to begin with, wax came out easy, funnel didnt get clogged and the temp was perfect too. Shame.

The overall product seemed a great idea, On first melting process its great, melts the wax in a few minutes, however after the first pour its very hard to keep the wax melted as it begins to harden, the wax at the bottom burns very easy and to get it to heat up again is a challenge, I attempted a couple of times and became concerned when it started smoking so have returned it.I am gutted as the idea of it was great but i did become concerned and didn't want to risk to use again

When we first got this, it was so amazing that we ordered another for our small business, then this one failed, then the second one failed. We were able to send the 2nd back as it was within the return window but now stuck with an expensive bucket. No good at all.

Came with no temperature setting as shown o the pics. I said I still give it a try. Burned the wax that smoke was all over my house,looked like my house was on fire. The wax temperature got to 115°C 😳 and was not even set to wax melt,was lower temperature. Not happy at all. I had to return it.

The media could not be loaded. It started smoking 15 minutes in and tripped my electricity.
