The Denas PCM 6 (also called the NeuroDens) is a reasonably priced Scenar-like device with a number of user-friendly settings and modes and a range of microcurrent frequencies that can assist with various injuries and health challenges. The original technology dates back to the late 1980s when the Russian space program was attempting to come up with a fairly universal approach that could apply acupuncture principles via electrical stimulation of the skin. The original devices were very limited in the available frequencies and relied upon specific techniques to accomplish results. In recent years a number of frequencies have been found to be beneficial for certain conditions, beyond the original basic frequencies. While not perfect, the PCM 6 (NeuroDens) provides a cost effective took that accomplishes many of the things that the more expensive units are used for. If there is a disadvantages to the unit is is that the instruction manual is not overly available and for attachments it uses a micro-USB plug which is wired differently from the normal adapters so you need to locate adapters specifically made and wired for the unit to be able to use more generic accessories and those adapters can be challenging to find in the current world conditions.

I have to learn more about different functions and frequencies, but even with what I already done it’s amazing. So much better than my TENS unit, better and so much cheaper than Gamma Core. Those others I’m using constantly with some relief, you do this it lasts at least several hours. I have horrible stiff necks, Lyme, headaches, and CVS and more, so far this has helped with all of that! It also has many programs for a variety of uses. The other devices treat just one thing or two, just pain or just headaches. By the way our instructions were in English. You can start with the MED setting very easy to use. The screening setting is also easy, and the programs are easy to follow.

This came with a detailed 216 page manual in English. I purchased the carrying case with lanyard on Amazon. This has been a great help in pain reduction and the facial & neck puffiness that comes with age. A friend had the PCM6 and helped me get familiar with it. The most common frequency the Russians used was 77. If you just remember that it helps. You really need the tens pads with wires & Signa spray. There are other attachments on Amazon from Russian sellers. They usually take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive but have always arrived in good shape and as described. I have communicated with the Russian sellers on some items and they are always courteous and helpful.The more you use the PCM6 the better you get at it. The 77AM setting helps to wake up & get alert. I use this on my back/shoulder muscles using the tens pads, after the 77 hz which relaxes muscles & eases pain. There are videos on youtube by various people showing how to use the PCM6 also.

Love it! Great device for pain. No need to use pills anymore. I have been testing myself and my wife for blockages and I am amazed. The device shows the problematic spots and then energises them for 5 min with the MED program. When I started the testing, I had bio feedback response of more than 55 sec on some areas in my neck. All those were blockages that manifested as kidney, hypetension, prostate, reflux and cysts problems. Now my avg response is 16 sec, on 99% of my body, the rest is between 17% and 23% , which is great considering my previous condition. I use the device daily for 10 min at night and mostly to test the trigger access points and to stimulate if needed. I also went on Gluten, Dairy and Meet free diets and expect great results withing few months. The reflux is gone, my weight went down 9 kilos for the past 40 days. I started to educate myself how to heal myself using the Voltage and the Frequency that this device provides. I will keep you posted. Would be great to have more detailed explanations of the treatment modalities , the frequencies and the voltage power used if possible. Also frequent update- firmware, software would be appreciated to add more Health Programs and options.

I have come to really appreciate this device. It's better than anything else on the market for this price, offering the frequencies that address most situations. The screening feature is great. The instruction booklet (I received both and English and Russian one) covers all the basics. Beginners are advised to take their time and read it thoroughly. My neck usually feels hot, painful, and hard, and several sessions with this (over a period of weeks) made it feel cooler and freer. According to the booklet it is expected to last 5 years with good care. I will be happy to buy another one someday.

Haven’t tried the actual machine yet, but the manual itself was not in English so I cannot even use the machine but just because of that I will not mark it down to one star but that is kind of misleading

Using this thing is a little more complicated than grab and go. There don't seem to be any books out there on it.

Both my father who is 95 and I both use the Denas PCM 6 over the past year, and we have found it to be beneficial for both healing and health maintenance.My father has moderate scoliosis in his spine and noticeably has "Bowling ball Syndrome" (as described by Tenant Medical devices) where one ear is lower than the other and his body appears crooked. Within fifteen minutes using the automatic program for "Head", he is almost completely straight and both ears level. Needless to say, he uses the Denas once a day and the general quality of his health is greatly improved. If he skips a day or two, I can tell right away.
