Is small really small but looks good

I have bought 4 or 5 of these packs because I wear the black cross on my face and I’ve loved them for years. It fell out so I ordered another entire pack for just the black cross. The cross would not screw on at all.Then bought a pack last week and it tightens with the cross upside down. So I bought another pack the other day and again the cross is upside down. I never had this issue with this company before. But it is suppose to thread and tighten with the cross being up and down correctly based on how the base of the dermal is placed under the skin:/ now I can’t even wear it.What has changed when making them??

I really really wanted the crosses but the threads make them upside down.

I don’t have a tool to put my dermal tops on so I just use my fingers but these are so tiny and hard to grip, can’t even use them!

I love the jewelry however I have already lost 3 because they keep falling out so I think it’s a size issue but other than that pretty decent

Every dermal I’ve ordered so far does not fit to big problem seems to be they don’t get no smaller but the dermal I had put in along time ago I took the jewl part out for work lost it and can not find the right size to replace the missing one always to big will not thread in so for 5 years I walk around with just the dermal base can’t get no jewl to fit

Wish there was a way to know what size hole we have. None of them fit or I have to get a tool to install.
