Is the source of the "enzymes" in the ingredients from pigs, or microbial? Any Porcine ingredients?

Is this as good as Rico's nacho cheese sauce? I wish Amazon sold Rico's mild nacho cheese sauce.

Never had Rico’s. But the best comparison I have is movie theater nacho cheese elevated with some spice.
