MizunoMen's Wave Creation 20 Running Shoe

Seems to be slightly more foam cushioning in the front sole than Wave Creation 18 or 19. The back (i.e. Infinity Wave) also has more give than previous models and provides for a nice spring. It handled this heel striker with no problem and left no residual aches and pains. Another nice upgrade is the sockliner - the heel has slightly more foam, but the front part of the pad is noticeably thicker. It makes for a great run, and didn't need broken in at all. Definitely recommend this for road running or treadmills, but might not have the right tread design for trail running. Will buy again.

The shoe is the same, good support, springy bounce back .The only issue I have with Mizuno is the very short shoe strings. I can't even get a good tie on the shoe, I have to unlace one hole. Quite agrivating.

These shoes are great. Have been rocking mizunos for one decade and the wave is top notch. A little pricey, but but it to last and look great.
