Years ago I had Hyperthyroidism that caused me to lose all of my muscle and had me within 5 months to live before inevitable organ failure. I had RAI (Radioactive Iodine) treatment and, though I regained my weight and muscle, it had no strength and I was in constant pain. Good choice! I've just finished my second bottle. I purchased this because I'm a nurse and the long shifts are hard on my body physically, as well as I'll sometimes go 12+ hours with no meal. These have helped support my muscle maintenance and literally feed my muscle tissues what they desperately need and lack many days. I've had no side effects what so ever and they're completely tasteless. Not only have I maintained tone and strength, but its improved and my body doesnt ache so badly after hard shifts and long days.

I'm active in the gym, so I purchase these often - they really work to heal your muscles so you don't deal with the pain the next day (or the day after that - we all know that's worse ha!)

There's no real way to know if the product is working. No one can be sure if gained muscle is because of working hard or the BCAAs or any supplement for that matter. I have noticed a gain in muscle tone but it isn't necessarily because the BCAAs. Either way you're going to have to work out and put in work in the gym, no supplement is going to do it for you. The pill is pretty big and kind of hard to swallow but fine with water. There's a little bit of a taste but it goes quickly upon swallowing.

I much prefer BCAA pills over powdered form. I've never enjoyed any flavored BCAA drink and I hate having to either chug the whole thing or have it with me while I'm working out. These pills are great, pop a few before and after your workout with some water and you're good to go. Quick and easy. They have no flavor either; better than having to force down a flavored BCAA drink.

Omg! These are incredible! I got these because u was tired of the powered bcaas and since I'm new to working out and believe in a more holistic approach I knew I wanted something clean and effective! I've tried MANY powdered bcaas and preworkouts and they were always gross and had a horrible aftertaste with no effectiveness. Well I had a workout this morning at 2 AM and these helped so much! I was able to withstand my cardio and weight training without any problems or feeling like I was going to die. I'm getting a subscription to these ASAP!

I was looking for amino's that provided the same energy as Puriums Super 23 (formerly called Master amino pills). This didn't do it, but I still think for those looking for BCAA's this is a good one. I think to provide that kind of energy, you need more than the 3 branch amino's. When I combine it with the collagen I have at home (it has serveral amino acides) it bolsers the effect. So I'm still on the hunt for the complete amino, but if you're just doing BCAA's this is fairly good. Purium is quite pricey ($75+ for one bottle). It's hard to justify that price even though it works very well.

I use this product to help me maintain muscle, I have some health issues that affect my muscles & this product really helps me not get muscle cramps after doing exercise or riding my bike . I take 3 tabs 15 mins before exercise, sometime if I have a long day I will take some at night I know can take up to 10g helps alot,really like this brand they are little on big side but work quickly definitely be buying more
