Good hard surface cleaner. I had soot deposit lines on a hardwood laminate floor that it couldn’t completely remove, but otherwise it has worked well.

I didn’t think this would remove the stain that exercise equipment left on my laminate wood floor, after I moved the equipment, but it did. It worked much better than I expected. The photos are before and after.

Good smell and worked well. I do not like the way it the cleaner comes out. It comes out as a spirt instead of a spray. I just pour it into a spray bottle container and use it that way. When it spirts, the liquid forms a puddle in just that spot and not like a spray for wider area. But the cleaner solution works fine.

Folex is the BEST wood floor cleaner, even better than vinegar or harsh chemical products. I hate to tell you this, because it was out of stock for a couple of years, and I don't want it to vanish from the shelves again. Old stains that you think you will have to scrub come right up with a cloth pad, a minute or two after spraying Folex.It is easy on wood floors - no damage or residue.And it has a nice light almond scent. Perfect for right before guests.
