Golden Spirit (Volume 3) (Carmen Browne) Paperback – January 1, 2006

I ordered all volumes for my 9 year old daughter and she loves them. She isn't a reader, I bought them to get into reading. She finds them interesting and likes to discuss the books after. I formed a book club for her and I and now she cannot put them down

The reading level in this book is perfect for my advanced 8 year old. I do feel that my daughter was is not yet ready for the story line in this book. The topic is a little too mature for her. I do love that these books work well for a Christian audience. My daughter finished all of the Morgan Love series so I wanted her to start reading these next. I'm going to save them until she is about 11 or 12. Overall, I love this author and her work.

I bought the whole series for my little cousin as a gift and she loved them.. She's an avid reader so she breezed right through them. I think I 'll have her pass it on to me Lol. I hope the series continues!

Great reading for pre teen!

Interesting she loves the stories

I truly loved this book. Every girl this age should read it. I plan to read every book that Stephanie Perry Moore writes.

As a mom, I was very happy to see that there was a series of books that had a main character that resembled my daughter and talked about issues she could relate to. In addition to that, it is all from a Christian perspective. These books are kind of like an anomaly, but they are so needed in a society where young girls lack morals and self respect. I bought all the books in the Carmen Browne series for my daughter and will continue to support the author by giving the books as gifts. For the author - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

My granddaughter is enjoying this series and lets me know the lesson she learned from it. Will be getting the next series when she reaches that age level.
