Great tool!
This works so well, we use it on all our meat to make it even more tender and every single time the meat turns out so good! It is a bit tricky to clean, I just use one of those straw cleaners to get in between the blades.

Does the job like other blade tenderizers. I like the size and it seems more comfortable when working on a bunch of steaks (pork, cheap beef). However, it doesn’t come apart to assist in cleaning like others I’ve used - it’s only drawback.

Great Meat Tenderizer!
The media could not be loaded. This is the greatest meat tenderizer I have used for meats! I purchased this product to tenderize different meats prior to grilling them. I tried this product on ribs so far and it has made quite the difference in taste. I seasoned them as normal then used this tenderizer. This tool was easy to use and was very easy on your hand as far as ergonomics.The grip for the handle was smooth and the blades penetrated the ribs deeply. This process allowed the seasoning to penetrate deeper into the meat fibers for added flavor. I was leary of the clean-up process as I used this product, but was pleasantly surprised with the cleaning process. I ran hot water from the sink onto the blades and most, if not all of the seasoning and debris was removed from the tool.I then used a plastic bristle dish brush to clean the spikes with dish detergent. This allowed the bristols to get between each spike and clean off the existing residue.I did taste the difference after I grilled the ribs; the seasoning resonated through the meat vise just on the surface. I highly recommend using this product to tenderize meats! Hopefully this is helpful to save you money and time in the future!
