Great for lots of games including cards instead of using money.
This brings out the child in me, there's something fascinating about magnets and having magnetic tiddly winks is fun. It would be brilliant to have two wands in the set so two could play a game of ' go fish' and see who can catch the most tiddly winks .My family have always played double rummy ( card game) and usually play with silver coins. £1 in the kitty to start and 20p to buy a card but sometimes you forget to bring your money so these are a great alternative. Each of the four if us get a specific colour and we all start with the same amount. The winner gets the added bonus on top of having the most tokens of using the wand to scoop up the tiddly winks. As with all small parts care is needed when around small children, especially with them containing magnets. There's lots of games that can be played using them. It use as reward tokens for good behaviour in children.I love them and keep them in a little jar for safekeeping, a pouch or container would have been a good addition to the item.

House!
Available in five colours, though this is billed as a 'Bingo Wand' it's much more than that. Yes, that is one of it's uses, as all the counters have a metal ring on the edge, but it can also teach your kids about what is and is not magnetic, and why. It comes in handy for when 'er indoors decides to lose pins and needles and such when she's doing her embroidery and all that. It's a shame the included discs aren't stronger, as they seem to break rather too easily. But it is a pocket money price and the counters can be used for, well, counting.

small counters , not for young kids
very sturdy magnetic wand that picks up the colourful counters. The counters are in a range of colours , transparency with a metal ring on the edges , some of the counters are damages and cant be used also not recommended to the children under 4 years old . good resource for older kids to help them understand the magnetism and how its works also lots of stuff can be done around this like additions and subtraction, learning colours, counting, sorting depends on the child level.

Be careful especially with children
The possibility with this could of be endless as it’s versatile learning piece of equipment. The counter would of been great for maths, magnetic experiments, stem and so much more.Unfortunately this is being marketed as a bingo counter tool for adults also an educational tool for children. unfortunately the metal rings come off the counter making them unusable and potentially dangerous when using the children. Due to chocking hazard and they are sharp and could easily hurt. These shouldn’t be aimed as a educational resource when they are potentially dangerous and of such poor qualityTherefore I wouldn’t recommend

Good but needs precautions.
This magnetic wand and counting chips are good. It is easy to use and works well. However it has a hazard as the metal around the chips aren’t in place and often hang out so it could cause problems for little children.

Not for children
The media could not be loaded. I was excited to receive this magnetic wand and coloured disks as the educational value of such a simple set is endless. Unfortunately, this set is not safe for children meaning it limits its potential as they will need to be under constant observation. The plastic discs have a groove around the outside into which a strip of metal is wrapped. This is not glued into place and the plastic coloured chip therefore easily pops out. This is achieved by curious children and little fingers - a real safety hazard! The magnet is strong enough to hold almost all the discs at once, a great challenge for little ones.I think this product has great potential but due to the safety risk, I would not market these as suitable learning aids or toys for children.

Mesa sensorial

Does what its supposed to
I haven't used enough of these to really compare them to anything, but they seem to work just fine. My daughter uses these at school and wanted some for home. Seem to be the same kind we used at school when I was a kid, and they made her happy!
