I love holistic health care. The belly button is a great portal for health care along with the feet. These can be used for the belly button and the feet area but I use a different kind on the bottom of my feet. I can tell a difference in how I feel when I use these compared to when I don't. Do your own research on the benefits of these and caring for your health through your feet and belly button, don't just take someone else's word for it. These are packaged well. Each mugwort ball is individually wrapped to keep them fresh. Put one in your belly button at night before you go to bed and put the sticker over to hold it in place. Take it out and throw it away in the morning. I do enjoy the directions, completely in Mandarin, my youngest son took 4 years of Mandarin so I make him read these to me to keep him in practice. Other people may not appreciate it though, lol.

This is an amazing belly button sticker. Put it on before going to bed every night, and tear it off when I get up early. I will fart and exhaust during use, but it is very slight, not very loud, and I feel that the inside of my stomach has improved circulation. It is more refreshing during the day, there is no heavy body, I can experience the effect, there is a certain change to the body.

Since I started using these this past week I've had NOTICEABLE changes in my digestive tract. I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago and I'm lactose intolerant. I have had stomach aches and cramps consistently. When I started using this item I noticed the tummy trouble was less frequent. As for losing weight? I'm not sure about that claim at this time.
