Bernat The best yarn for the homemade stocking cabs I make for the homeless shelter last year I made 75 hats the Bernat quality is unsurpassed but I have found that if I order Burnet online it is made in China and is not near as the quality of the Joannes Bernat yarn so be watchful for the made in China sign is just not the sameIn spite of the price increase at Joannes I will buy my yarn there as it is made in the USA

The yarn is very soft and plush, there's no issue with the yarn itself.However, the listing for the yarn stated incorrect information. I specifically looked to see what size hook I needed for this yarn, it states 6.5mm on the listing. On the yarn itself it clearly states that 9mm is actually needed. I struggled for hours trying to figure out why this yarn was so difficult to work with and why so many people love this yarn whenit was being such an absolute pain to work with.So, if you're like me and depending on the information on Amazon to be correct, it's not. Ignore it and get a 9mm hook.

This is my go to yarn of choice for my projects. It is more expensive, but the quality is very good, too. I look for sales and other bargains. This particular color is very pretty.

I love this yarn. I have never felt a yarn quite like it. It's almost like those lotion kleenex's in texture. Very very soft. So soft. My favorite chenille yet. So, I made two lap blankets with this. I doubled up the yarn and used a hand crochet technique (no hook). It came out beautifully. It's the family's (and furfamily's) favorite blanket to cuddle under while watching tv.

Exactly what I needed! Arrived quickly, undamaged and as described! Will definitely purchase again. People want to steal my super soft and slightly heavy blanket. I won't use anything else now.

It's alright, definitely want the same quality as what I usually get from michaels, I found it a bit stringy and not fluffy and some areas were definitely thinner, I haven't used both balls yet but the first one I used came tangled and had one part that wasn't even attached, it also has a lot of knots and places where it was tied together. Probably won't buy again, the only reason I had to buy from here was because I needed this color for a pattern and it wasn't available anywhere near me that sells yarn.

Yarn is so nice for making baby blankets and hats!
