Excellent Remote
Remote is really good and smooth in handling and all the functions work normal apart from voice command, need to check how to sync that, but rest all is good and I am not sure why there is negative ratings for this excellent product and affordable price and quality.

My experience with the LOHAYA Voice Assistant Remote for Airtel Xstream Set-Top Box has been nothing short of frustrating. From the start, it's been a letdown. Here's why: Inconsistent Voice Recognition: The voice assistant feature is unreliable at best. It frequently misunderstands commands or doesn't respond at all. This defeats the purpose of having a voice-controlled remote. Poor Build Quality: The remote feels cheaply made and flimsy. Buttons often stick or require excessive force to register. This makes navigation a chore. Limited Compatibility: Despite being advertised as compatible with Airtel Xstream, I faced issues with certain functions not working as expected. This lack of compatibility is disappointing. Lack of Support: Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. When I reached out with my concerns, I received no assistance in resolving the issues. Short Lifespan: After only a short period of use, the remote's performance deteriorated further. It's become nearly unusable, and I'm now looking for a replacement. In conclusion, the LOHAYA Voice Assistant Remote has been a regrettable purchase. Its inconsistent voice recognition, poor build quality, and lack of compatibility have made it a frustrating and disappointing addition to my entertainment setup. I would not recommend this remote to anyone.
