WONDERFUL BOOK!!!
Recently diagnosed with gallbladder issues and knew zero about this subject... So many books focused on coping with a surgically removed gallbladder... But this one, while thin, is very broad on the issues with gallbladder pain, and pretty much every aspect of gallbladder disease. I'm 74 and only recently experienced what clearly seems now to be this problem - after a 7-day bone broth fast, ending with attending my granddaughter's wedding party that offered 'chile-dogs' - of which I availed myself, delighted, to eat again. The next day I awoke to severe stomach pain... that lasted non-stop but extreme after meals, for the next 30 days. Anyway the BOOK is amazing - I follow Chinese Medicine and this book does too - but other remedies and 'cures' as well.Yep! I highly recommend it.

Useful, Informative, but needs supplementation.
It is informative and helpful. I really like that it includes yoga As well as the gallstone flush information. That was the main reason I chose this book over some other gallbladder books. However, it is not the most meticulously edited book. There are many typos, grammatical errors and discrepancies in information. For example in one part of the book it says to avoid oranges and grapefruits and then in another part it says eat citrus fruit. Likewise, in one part it says avoid glutinous foods like wheat, barley, oats, and spelt, but in another part it says to eat whole grains and gives whole wheat as an example. So, I would recommend supplementing this book with other gallbladder books to verify some information. I decided to buy this one and get other books from the library to corroborate with. Like I said, I really wanted the yoga portion which this book contains.Another great thing is that this book is short. It gets you the information you need without a lot of filler so when you’re in pain and being pressured to remove your gallbladder, you don’t have to wade through hundreds of pages, you can read this book in a day.I also love having the kindle version as well, so I can refer to it on the go.

Changing my life
This book has helped me to understand more about my gall bladder. It has given me hope in healing myself while I learn about diet and help to manage pain. I suggest this book to anyone that wants to learn about self-care.

Disjointed with too much medical jargon and not enough about the diet
If I had wanted a medical book on gallbladders and gallbladder diseases, I would have purchased one. This book has way too much medical information and scientific jargon. I would have much rather focused on the gallbladder diet than the gallbladder diseases. The "complete Guide" part was lacking. The table in chapter 8 (alternatives for foods bad for gallbladder) was very helpful. I was hoping for more of this, sample diets, sample recipes and the like. Lastly, what the heck is yoga doing in this book? Very disjointed.

Good info
Easy read, informative, needs a better proofreader but still able to get the message out, but the grammar errors are distracting.....

Very poorly written
Although the information is helpful, this is just a regurgitation of information from other sources grouped and summarized with poorly written transitional sentences and paragraphs. Was hoping for more.

Good information
Good information for someone with gallbladder problems or about to have it removed. There are a few contradictions in the book. Never relay on one source and always consult with your physician.
