Meligyris Pine Thyme Honey, 15.9 Ounce

I first tried this honey in Crete. It's amazing, and had to find more. It has such a wonderful taste...it's the best honey I've ever had. I will only order Meligyris honey from now on, it's that good.

With a very subtle flavor of Pine. Yummy!

Lovely dark amber colour, good consistency, yummy taste. Not so sweet as most honeys. Was so lovely this morning drizzled over my hot, thickly buttered, crusty granary bread. Made your mouth water? Get some, it's delicious. Fair price, well packaged, prompt delivery, very recommended...Think I'll try the orange and thyme next...Can't wait... ... John

I am keen on Cretan honey since going there earlier this year, and the thyme adds health benefits too. A great product, quick in arriving, well wrapped too. Thankyou!

This is great honey, viscous and well flavoured but in my most recent order either the jar had leaked in transit or had been carelessly filled; it was very sticky. Being such thick honey, removing all traces from the packaging was surprisingly difficult. I though it was washed clean but it still left a sticky ring in the larder shelf. It still tastes good though.

I normally only purchase Scottish Regional Honey; however, due to Covid-19, it is proving very difficult to source. My attraction to this particular honey is the exceptional health benefits it has to offer: as far as I can acertain, it is pure 100% raw, unpasteurised honey.The flavour has a unique rich & smokey taste: you will find it very difficult to buy supermarket honey ever again!

The one thing that surprised me is that none of the claims made on the Amazon description were anywhere on the bottle label - except Taste Award . If it claims to be all it does on the site, at least some features should be mentioned on the bottle. I am hence doubtful of the authenticity of this product. Advertising features on Amazon a company many not be responsible but once it is on the label it would be legal - and that not being done is questionable. I am not looking for only taste I want a natural and pure product.
