Good value for this product, works well looks nice, sound OK for price

Delivered this morning, only ordered 2 days ago. Haven't stopped playing it, great value for money, sound is amazing. I love the colour and style. Bought it as a 30th birthday present for myself :)

Nice retro turntable

Brought my little sister who is 15 going on 50 she absolutely loved it , its very nice and the rose gold makes it proper stand out its much more nicer in person very loud to and come well packaged well worth the money very happy

Absolutely amazing. It's so modern, yet very retro. The sound quality is great. Bought as a birthday present, and they couldn't have been happier.

Arrived earlier than expected. Good value for money and folds away when not in use

A nice, compact product with reasonably good in-built speakers. The only problem is the autostop feature that is supposed to stop the disc from spinning when it comes to an end. Unfortunately, it cuts in too soon and stops the record from spinning before it ends. This happens on singles and LPs. GPO customer services were fast to try to help but this seems to be a problem with these units. I returned one unit but the second has the same problem. A call from customer services informed me that autostop will always stop singles too early and that old LPs would also potentially stop too soon. As the record player was purchased in order to play my old record collection, this means that autostop needs to be switched off at all times. By the way, this record player does not have autoreturn where the tonearm lifts up and returns to its "home" position with the turntable then stopping spinning. Finally, here is an email I later received from customer services ... "the AutoStop is stopping too early, it just needs to be turned off. It depends how close to the central spindle the record has been recorded. 45s are recorded much closer, which is why it happens for singles. If you have albums that are recorded in the same way, they need to be treated like singles. If this is the case, you would experience exactly the same issue with every Soho unit."

Bought it for my daughter and she is very happy with it.Very compact and easy to store. Sound just like old record

Der Plattenspieler sieht an sich sehr schön aus, nun leider hört er sich aber manchmal echt schrecklich an und lässt die schalplatte sehr tief und grausam klingen.
