Wonderful rings!
Very happy with these. I bought 8 (2 sets) to use fir making fish cakes, burgers, eggs & more. Stainless steel is easy to wash and if you Pam the insides, food slips right off. Go for it 👍🏻

Game changer
I don't know how I have survived so long without these. They are perfect for making egg sandwiches and the size is just right for it to fit nicely on an English muffin or smaller bagel. They are a decent thick metal and are very easy to clean (I pop them in the dishwasher on the top rack). I have not had any warp. I love the fact that they don't have any sharp edges so I don't have to worry about the kids potentially cutting themselves on them. They were individually wrapped in plastic inside the box when it arrived. They would make a great gift for anyone that likes to cook. They could even be great for a restaurant or a food truck.

Do people really make only 4 English Muffins at a time? If so, this pack of 4 rings (3" diameter) includes a recipe printed on the side of the box. I haven't tried it yet. My family is fond of something we call "Puffled Eggs." Begin as for scrambled eggs, whipping the eggs, cream, and seasonings up with a whisk -- add a little cheese, bacon or whatever. I used to cook them in the cups of an egg poacher, but pouring them into these (greased) rings and cooking them on a griddle makes them larger and lets the "souffle" effect rise higher. We're also experimenting with some aebelskiver-style recipes pouring the batter into these rings. I haven't found a reason yet to put these in the freezer, but the description says they are frying pan, oven, and freezer safe. The write-up also mentions cutting dough, but since both sides have rolled edges that doesn't seem very practical -- maybe we'll find a way!

Makes great fried eggs
I’ve been frying eggs. Well often they look more like scrambled eggs. These rings make perfect fried eggs , but they are missing a handle. There are other rings with attached rings. Additionally the eggs may stick to the rings. Simply use a kitchen knife to run around the edges. Problem solved. This is also a nice coolie cutter.

English Muffin Rings
These work pretty well, but I find them to be a bit too cumbersome to use for eggs and pancakes. I'll stick with a round cookie/dough cut out.
