Not a fan at first, but they made it right.
Update: Nora reached back out via phone call and was amazing at resolving my issue.The test came quickly. We did the swabs, mailed them out as instructed. It's been 3 weeks and the Orivet customer service is still saying they don't have them and to check back in a few days. I checked back as instructed and I'm getting no response. They don't answer on the live chat and if you call, customer service is nothing but a voicemail. I have a feeling that I just wasted hundreds of dollars!

Not at accurate as we thought
We had 3 tests for 3 of our dogs. An Australian shepherd and two pitbull mixes. The Australian shepherd test came back as 41% American Staffordshire. And the two pitbull mixes came back almost identical to each other, even though they look completely different (different color schemes, different sizes, different muscle definition, and even different skeletal structures). The health risks that were identified in the result are just common risks with the generalized breeds. They don't use specific breeds they use generalized breeds. There is two different colors for the same breed, which is confusing. Wouldn't they be the same color? And if it's different, why isn't it explained?This just seems like we've been scammed, with a shortcut product.
