I was really excited for this bag but now I'm very disappointed. The metal ring that holds the strap in at the bottom of the bag just ripped right out with very little force. Other than that it seems like a pretty good product, good size, nice features. If they could only secure that metal ring better this would be an awesome bag.Update: after I wrote the above review, the company contacted me and offered to send me a new one. They were apparently just trying to waste my time. We emailed back and forth several times, each time they assured me that it's on the way, this went on for over six months. Do not purchase anything from this company, they make cheap defective products then give empty promises to waste your time for no reason.
