i literally took this stuff for two days and it made me soooooooo sick. i was two seconds away from vomiting on the second night it made me so sick. it gave me major headaches. my head felt like it was 70 pounds heavier. it’s been two days since i’ve consumed it and my body is literally crashing. not to mention that the california proposition 65 warning was on the box which states that this product contains a chemical that is know to cause cancer, birth defects, and reproductive harm. i was highly upset about that because i did a ton of research on this and everywhere seemed to fail to show this warning on all the boxes. so do yourself a favor and do not waste your money. there a better products out there that are actually natural and safe. thanks for reading.

I’m a 26 yr old female, 5’8 114lbs, using this for curbing appetite & energy.REVIEW:The GoodI like the flavor a lot; I don’t think it’s too strong or too artificial tasting.It really does curb appetite, I’m not hungry at all while I’m drinking this during the day. It takes care of my sugar cravings (which are severe, I could eat spoonfuls of sugar and want more, lol)It gives me energy because of the caffeine. It seems to have a much stronger kick than regular coffee, even compared to my 4 shot espresso drink.The BadVery similar to other drinks with very high caffeine content, I kind of feel like I’m addicted to it, haha. I wake up feeling like I need it. You’re not supposed to drink it 5 hours before bedtime and I want to drink it all day and night long.I do start having sugar cravings again in the evening so there is somewhat of a ”crash,” which seems somewhat counterproductive.The reason I didn’t rate this 4 or 5 stars is because of the “crash.”As an important side note about the directions:The box says to take 2 servings in the morning and 2 in the afternoon each in a 16.9oz (standard size) water bottle... that’s 4 packets a day!For reference, each packet contains the equivalent caffeine content of 1.5 cups of coffee. 6 cups of coffee is WAY too much for me so here is what I DO:I mix 2 packets in a 32oz bottle (empty Gatorade works well) with a handful of ice and drink it in the morning/through the afternoon.

My mom and I swear by this product. We have been using it for almost FIVE years now. I have definetly seen some weight changes when I drank this daily. It does what its meant to do and helps suppresses appetite and keeps you up and energized. It does taste better with chilled water (SUGGESTION). Only downside is I get tired of the same flavor everyday. You have to have the discipline to drink the same thing everyday. Sometimes I cant fathom tasting the berries another day and that causes me to lose consistency. Maybe come out with more flavors?

Excellent appetite suppressant. Has zapped my urge to eat out of boredom; crushes food obsession. Used years ago during 70 pound weight loss, tried again this time and find it to be just as helpful. No joke!

I am the wife and have been drinking Slimquick for about four months. I have lost about 10 pounds while drinking this product and eating a clean diet and 3 to 4 time a week exercising I work full time and I am also in school and found that this drink is fabulous for the extra help at about 1 pm and again in the evening when I have heavy homework. One attribute I have found drinking this product is it helps reduce the emotional eating and lessen my sugar craving. Depending on how my day it, I will drink it in the morning and again in the afternoon which will last through the evening time to complete my homework and other duties I have as a mother.
