These shakes are yummy. Good quality product. Highly recommended.

Atkins is my favorite protein shake - premixed, does not need refrigeration if unopened, good chocolate taste. Take and go. 15g protein with low carbs - great for post workout as well. I eat 3 protein-rich meals (at least 16-20grams) plus 2 of these shakes as mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks. I often can buy these at my local grocery store but was traveling so had them shipped to my vacation destination. I now have some other people that were on vacation with me hooked. This vendor delivered them quickly.

I got two four packs for a total of $36.00. I thought I was getting 4 four packs for $18.00 and ordered two. I will be returning these and getting my money back.

I love this Dark chocolate royale shake. Atkins has the best shakes on the market. I have one for breakfast, and it lasts for me until lunch. I am diabetic & it does not raise my blood suger too high.

I really like the taste of the dark chocolate and I think I am not alone in that. It is always out at the stores I. Just wish I could schedule regular deliveries as I do with my pet food.
