Yes, they are exactly the same as the ones that come with the steam mop

Q: What size are the pads

The pads are approximately six and a half by 12 in. They are the same size pads that came with my shark steamer

Q: Good for light and easy mop?

i use them on my "Shark" light-weight steam mop. They will fit a "Swifter" mop also. Hope this answerd your question.
