I thought my shopvac was failing. Turns out I just needed a new filter. As others have mentioned the fit was tight, but that's what you want. It fits and prevents air from circumventing the filter. I haven't needed to clean one yet but the material seems to be durable.

Good product at a competitive price. They are a little tight to get on, but work good. I’d rather have tight than loose and fall off. The elastic is built in, which is nice. I don’t like the models where you have to put a separate rubber band around it to hold it on. This product was what I was looking for.
