Makes the GoPro more Functional and Convenient
If you have a go pro you should have one of these. It eliminates the need to carry a tripod and extra batteries. This is very convenient. So you don’t have to worry about your GoPro dying unexpectedly and having to change batteries. Worth the cost. Great quality. Fits the GoPro well. Perfect for when you have your GoPro seated in a case and don’t want to detach your peripherals such as your mic or flash. Having the buttons functions on the tripod is genius. Makes use so much more functional. Great product.

Best GoPro accessory
This is the best accessory you can get for your GoPro. I love the fact that I can attach this to my GoPro and not have to worry about battery life while on vacation. The controls built into the handle are in the perfect spot.. making in comfortable to use. Thank handle also has built in legs, giving you the functionality of tripod. That stability makes for the pefect setup to capture those nice moments. This thing just works.. so sit back and enjoy your vacation.

Poor Design to Function as a tripod
First off, I love the concept that I could use it as a Power Back-up to, if needed, assist when doing Time Lapses lower to the ground. Unfortunately, when configured as a Stand-Alone tripod, the design is flawed as the mount leaves the Go Pro tilted off axis with no way to correct. So the only option is to add the Volta to a smaller tripod in order to get it horizontal. When I called GoPro, they did not offer an attachment to the mount so that the GoPro could obtain a horizontal plane. Other than that, I’ve had no other issues using it with my GoProHero11Black. It will sync to the GoPro it’s plugged into and the Controls are easy to use.

excellent fit, finish & feel - am glad to have the official accessory instead of a knockoff
GoPro Volta: Whenever I tried to record while holding my chest-mounted GoPro Hero 12 at a slightly different angle for a few seconds, I'd invariably ruin the shot with fingers appearing in the side edge(s). It was all-around easier just to buy a second GoPro and attach it to the Volta. Of course, any stick/handle will work great with the camera's auto-stabilization for smooth footage. But I opted for the Volta due to its battery. Multiplying the operating time means fewer disrupting battery swap-outs. And as an official GoPro product I don't have to worry about potentially substandard performance of knockoffs. The Volta's fit, finish & feel is excellent. My only wish list item is for the tripod to be extendable in height, even a little bit.

Great Functionality, but a bit heavier than expected
Feels nice in the hand. I used it for a time-lapse night video and it worked nicely. It also gives the GoPro like an extra few hours of constant use. It is a bit heavier than I initially expected.

Works gr8 so far
I just used my Volta for the 1st time last night...and it worked great but the ergonomics need a little work. You should be able to have all your operational buttons in front of you at the same time the camera is facing you...It would be easier to operate... the ease of use would be immediate. Other than that...Iove it...Used it with no battery for 90 minutes 2 times each 4 jam sessions. I hate the internal batteries... GoPro Hero 10 user

gotta love the all day battery!
not much to say about this product, it packs a punch and has a bunch of features, controls for the camera, 3-4 times battery life, tripod, only down side is the cable is a little short. but I can live with that, not having to constantly change batteries, this paired with the enduro battery I can take it out for the day and return with juice left in the tank. was considering a 3rd party option for a bit, but I like having everything matching in one eco system, less chance for error.

This GoPro Volta not good because I used it only five days now this one not charging didn’t take charge not working

A useful device
A must for any Go pro user. A huge battery backup, perfectly fit to hold. A beautifully crafted product ,contured . Only one drawback I noticed the extra snap on cover to connect with Volta can be lost at any point of time during shooting. All together a useful, helpful product.
