I live in Tucson, Arizona and nobody carries this locally and I'm grateful I found it on Amazon. Over the years I've come to trust the Jhirmack name in hair care products, so I figured this was worth a try, but truly had no expectations. After using it for a week, I've become downright evangelistic about it!!Most conditioners I have tried make my hair either dingy gray (ugly) or creepy yellow (worse!). So like a lot of my friends with gray or white hair, I just gave up conditioning on a regular basis. Living in a desert, that's a terrible solution, because hair gets really, really dry here and needs regular nourishment to stay shiny and strong. Obviously, it's a vicious circle -- give up conditioners because of the colors they impart to my hair....then my hair gets coarse and dry and starts to break...and I have to go back to conditioners to save it from further damage. I honestly didn't think there was a solution until I stumbled on this!Jhirmack's 5 in 1 is a simple spray that you have to shake before using -- and you'll see why, because it's got pearlescent particles in a suspension in the solution and they tend to settle out. Shake until it's all nicely mixed together and spray lightly both under and over your hair...and watch the magic happen! It immediately brightens, and the texture is soft, shiny and marvelous. I'm using it after every shampoo, and throughout the days in between just to keep my hair gleaming.After two days, I was calling and emailing friends and encouraging them to buy this -- and I think you'll be doing the same!

Gave four stars solely because it doesn't seem to be doing much for the brassy blonde in my hair - however, i've been pairing it with Joico Color Endure purple shampoo (which does wonders for my brass!) and this leave in conditioner smells so good and makes my hair feel so healthy! Purple shampoo has always really dried out my hair so I'm really happy to have a leave in conditioner that makes my hair smell, look, and feel so good - doesn't feel like there's build up on it, very light, but keeps it soft! I will definitely be purchasing it again, not for brass control but for the conditioning.

I love this product. Only problem I have had in the years that I have been using is the spray bottle. It does not spray in a mist. The product comes out in a stream and this is very disconcerting as it runs down your face when spraying in the front. I will try to use it in another spray bottle, but I should not have to do this. Other than that, the product does exactly as advertised. I get compliments on my grey/silver/blond/brown hair all the time. Smells nice and leaves hair shiny and healthy looking.

Love this product! It is mysteriously making my gray hair a "better" color of gray and shinie without looking oily. This is not a mousse or a purple conditioner. It is a liquid with the consistancy of water that needs to be shaken to "activate" it. Until shaken, the product looks like water with swirling patterns of silver and light lavender. Shaken, it comes together in a light silvery lavender color. I have salt and pepper gray hair and this product makes the salt look more silver colored and the pepper look more charcoal colored - which is a overall subtle but nice hue. My hair dresser noticed and asked what I was using. It does transform my hair color in a most subtle way.

Works great in combination with the shampoo. Shampoo leaves my hair a tangled mess; this spray makes the hair nice enough to comb again. Have not noticed any lightening of hair. Still pretty yellow. If you are buying to brighten your hair --maybe not. But it allows me to dress my hair and it tames fly aways.

This product along with the Shimmery Lights Purple Shampoo has taken my hair tones to a bright blonde, white and zero brass color. I have received so many complements on my hair color. Not sure if both are needed together, but I highly recommend! The smell is nice too. The two pictures are before and after 1 week or using the product. The white blonde came out within 2 days of using the product. The photo was taken 2 weeks from each other.

This leaves my hair in good condition. Not as soft as the oil based conditioners, but it doesn't leave the yellow residue either.Now that my hair is mostly white and grey, the regular conditioners all make it look dirty.So I like it.

I like the way it conditioned and soften my hair. It also left my grey hair shiny.
