Bought this supplement as part of my whole foods diet. Capsules are small, easy to take with my food. A friend recommended this one and she feels better has improved. I hope it works for me.

Unexpected good results from using this product. Doctor was surprised.

I was intrigued by this company’s take on berberine supplements. They claim that their berberine phytosome compound is 10 times more bioavailable than competitive versions. So, I can get on board with that level of efficiency.Each capsule contains 550mg of their ‘Berberine Phytosome’. That would be an impressive quantity of berberine. However, upon careful reading of the Supplement Facts on the back label, you discover the 550mg is actually a blend. It contains: Berberine from Berberine Aristata standardized extract, Pea Protein Isolate, Sunflower Lecithin and grape seed extract. I am disappointed that they do not disclose the actual amount of berberine included in each capsule or serving. They state that they add these components to enhance bioavailability and for various health benefits. It’s appreciated, but in a berberine supplement, I want to know exactly how much berberine I’m consuming.The product details states: “Our products are MADE IN THE USA in a cGMP certified facility. Vegan, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free.” Indeed, the product label does display these certifications, badges. The cGMP and Non-GMO clearly indicate adherence to practices and standards regarding the integrity and purity of the ingredients and processing. They check off quality assurance and controls boxes for me.I am still intrigued by their claims of a ten-fold increase in bio-absorption. Based on these observations, and their claims, I feel this berberine supplement rates 4 stars.

HAS MANY OF THE SAME BENEFITS & SIDE EFFECTS OF METFORMIN

I've been taking this for about a month and a half. I take one at lunch and one at dinner. It seems to be working. My blood pressure is a bit less than it was before. Usually in the upper 120/lower 130 over upper 80/lower 90 range. Lately it's been around 110/75. I've lost about 6 pounds since I started taking it but I do watch my calories and go to the gym 4x a week. I don't have blood sugar issues, I was more taking it for blood pressure so I'm not sure if it's working for that.

I did not get a free product to try. I wish I did! I was recommended berberine by a natural doctor and tried this product starting four months ago. I just had my blood work and A1C went down 6.7 to 6.2. I did not change my diet at all and continued to have sweets. It was the berberine that worked. I have only used this brand. My doctor was impressed and wanted to know about your product. It also has helped to stabilize weight. I was only taking two pills for 2 months but found I needed to go up to three pills the last two months for better results. I highly recommend this product.

Good product, it took a bit longer than expected to get results, but the wait paid off.

No noticeable difference in my blood sugar levels at all. All this product did was make me constipated. I don’t normally have that problem. As soon as I quit using it, problem resolved.
