I purchased this after a work related injury in law enforcement. During a fight with a suspect, I tore a ligament in my wrist. I went through physical therapy and wasn't pleased with the brace they provided. I purchased this and began using it and it held up great. It doesn't offer the most support, but it's a minimal design and did exactly what it was supposed to. It was comfortable, easy to use, and practical. I would definitely recommend this product.

Perforations allow skin to breathe so it can be worn for long periods without irritation.The thumbhole is a bit small although easily widened just by pulling at it with your fingers.The listing specified 1 pair. I only received 1 wrap. I'm guessing the seller just misused the term "pair" as many people do. Though I'd recommend that the seller change the listing as to avoid future confusion.Update: The seller contacted me to inform me that the listing has been updated with the "1 pair" description removed. I always appreciate sellers who listen to customers and am adding a star to my review. I've also been wearing the strap for a while and can confidently say that it mitigates the symptoms of carpel tunnel and prevents further damage. For that I am adding an additional star.

I give it 1 star because the quality and material are not bad. Minus 4 stars because it is not at all designed as pictured. The thumb hole is almost 3/4 of an inch away from the end so you have a flap sticking up on your palm and tension against the inside of your thumb tbat causes more pain than it eases. At least it was inexpensive. That is what I get for trying to save a few bucks.**UPDATE**Customer service reached out to me quickly about my concerns and have offered me a replacement item. I have added 2 more stars for the fast customer service. I will update when the replacement arrives.

The wraps are easy to put on however, the thumb hole is a small for my thumb... the wraps help relieve the ache in my wrists...I wish they were in a different color such as tan which would look better when I go out shopping, etc...

I used this for less than a month before it was wearing out. Velcro no longer sticks and thumb hole is ripped.
