Haven't had much chance to use it yet, but who cares?? Just having this beauty in your knife set enhances the "Bro-Factor" of it. It's got MANLY written all over it! ';-) My first real foray into using it is coming up when I used it to dice up a big hunk of Filet Mignon for a Chili Cook-Off! ';-)

This is a perfect and reasonably price knife for large meats and great for splitting BBQ Ribs.
