5 stars for obd 1 star customer service/support
Excellent tool if you know how to use it customer service sucks though tried emailing on a number of occasions no reply when I purchased the obd I was under the understanding it came with 2 years so I used it a few times and it was very good then not even a year stopped allowing access emailed no answer which is a shame really because I bought the model before and customer service was great and I still use it now and it’s fantastic and I should imagine that this one is better because it works on different platforms but for 1 year and for the price and also t doesn’t even let me access anything now just sits gathering dust

pro level tool for DIY level price
Already tried on 4 different brands and it works fast, with no delays. Small in size, cable is long enough to put device in safe place away from pedals or gearstick. Clear instructions how to connect and use it.On top of basic functions like code read-delete and live data stream can do many things which available in pro level equipment: automatic VIN detect, DPF regen, headlights adjustment, many re'learn functions, coding - configuration change (I programmed cruise control and speed limiter on my citroen), etc.It cannot fix your car, but it will give you a direction where the problem is.

Bad
Do not buy this product, works well for first 12 months then they want an extortionate amount of money to keep using it

Does exactly what it says
Been working in the motor trade for ten years now, bought this for using outside of work so I didn’t have to carry a laptop around with me. Have tried it on my own vehicles and works great, might even keep it I’m my toolbox for quickly resetting service lights and other faults. Talks to all the systems I have tried so far. Very good product for the money and easy to set up with my iPhone

Immobiliser reset
My Honda civic lost it's programmed keys after the battery went flat and was jump started. Had a key programmer guy come out who could not fix it and said the only ones that can are Honda. Did some research myself and came across this tool which said resets could be done and I am so glad I did, it took me about an hour trying different settings to get it to bypass the abnormal immobiliser issue and got the car running. Saved me from having the car towed to the nearest Honda dealer who also wanted over 100 to diagnose it and tell me what I already knew and then they would have charged me for the fix after diagnosis. Amazing tool.

Works great
Just purchased today. Used it on my Range Rover Vogue 2012.The tool looks at every module the car has ans delving in deeply. It has every option that some £500 plus scanners don't have.I wish I had brought sooner.

Did not read my 2005 Bentley Continental GT even though their rep confirmed it would...
I had very high hopes from this cause of the extensive product overviews that listed this as part of an established ecosystem of OBD scanners powered by software similar to Launch (which is probably one of the best scanners out there). Everywhere I read, it said that the 2005 Bentley CGT was compatible. I even emailed their customer support before purchasing and they confirmed. However, when I received the scanner and hooked it up, it has an Auto scan feature which pulls the car's VIN first, and then proceeds to generate a Health Report. It didn't immediately pull the VIN, took several tries and a strong helping of patience, (rescan, redownload app, redownload Bentley module), but then it did. The excitement didn't last long, as when proceeding to Health Report, the app would pretend like it's trying to scan, causing you to wait and see. This loading screen would take close to 30 minutes, but it simply could not access any modules. Attaching a screenshot of said screen.I double checked with a shop level Launch X431 GT Pro scanner and it would read everything perfectly fine, so it's not the car.I emailed their support and they did admit it sounded like the device was faulty and asked to send it back. I asked them to send me a working device first and I can return the faulty one to avoid downtime but that never happened.I dug even deeper, and within the app, there is a forum section which lists other random users complaining about compatibility with Volkswagen cars dating a couple of years ago (Bentley uses VW software also). So it seems, there is no cure.Really wanted the ThinkDiag2 to work, but alas.
