The last few days have been putting them on my feet and the 1st couple days there was brown stuff left on the pads on both. Yesterday there was brown on the left and not the right.So last night I put the pad on my arm near my hand which usually has a lot of tingling in the morning, and the other one on my right leg which usually needs some massage in the morning.The right side has had all the toes removed because of a lot of infections there. It is also the side that had the worst breast cancer and when they operated they took all the nodes out of it that was in 2000.So this morning the patch on my left arm had brown stuff on it and for a change didn't require massage to function. The right leg the pad was like it had never been used. I'm not sure how I can only have toxins on one side of my body but i do.In 2000 I had breast cancer and they took all the nodes plus the breast on the right side.The left side wasn't as bad, I had it removed in 2005. If u have 2 breasts or no breasts people seem to be OK. Having one breast they have trouble with; I suggest keeping things balanced if u are having problems.I also did massage and have a degree,for years so am familiar with the different areas to apply these pads .They definitely are doing something.

Really love this product. I have really bad asthma so I applied for my lungs and liver. And its awesome, that was the side that was black. First night. Second night dark.I slept better and woke up earlier.My asthma has been better too.I use essential oils so I've learned about using oils on the feet and the points so it makes sense to use these pads under the feet same points.I also use stones. And love that tourmaline is used to draw out toxins.Tourmaline gemstone is known to aid in relieving stress, increase mental alertness, improve circulation and strengthen the immune system. It is a powerful agent for reducing toxin-related ailments.Tonight I will try my liver and stomach.So far worth my money. And would buy again.

I keep these on hand all the time and use when I feel the need

The adhesion is good. Easy to use. I was given 2 different patches from my boyfriend/ different brand and i felt immediate relief in sleep, energy, and cleanliness. This is not that brand!! And I didn’t feel better after using them.

First photo is the ones I stuck on my feet. Second photo is the inside of one. 3rd photo is what it looks like after putting water on it. They smell like menthol cigarettes and I cannot get that disgusting smell out of my nose. Now me feet smell like disgusting cigarettes. You'd be better off just smoking a cigarette. At least you'd get something out of it. I smell like cigarettes for no reason. And no I do not smoke, so this is quite disgusting for me.

These make my feet stop tingling. And help with the numbness.
